Sales Coordinator (SAP)

What you will do

• Coordinate customer shipments, receipts of goods, reserves, receivables, returns, and claims.
• Manage customer master data, prices, conditions, discounts, and customer records in SAP.
• Load orders, create invoices, prepare shipping documents, manage picking and unpacking records, and monitor accounts receivable.
• Form daily warehouse shipment schedules and coordinate joint work with warehouse and transport providers.
• Monitor service levels and delivery times, proposing solutions to improve performance against company targets.
• Support Sales and Marketing activities, including sales-plan tracking, campaign coordination, employee and partner communications, and management of marketing materials and product samples.

Requirements

• Higher education.
• At least 2 years of experience in the same or a similar position.
• Intermediate English.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP-based programs.
• Attentiveness, accuracy, client orientation, strong communication skills, stress resistance, and ability to work in a team.
