Commercial Construction Foreman

Location: Falls Church, Virginia, with onsite work across the Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia area

Salary: $25.00–$40.00 per hour

What you will do

• Supervise trades and manage commercial service projects.
• Perform drywall repair, light carpentry, painting, demolition, and other construction labor.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, HITT employees, clients, and onsite operations leaders.
• Prepare, clean, organize, and secure jobsites, including material handling and debris removal.
• Escort and supervise other trades and assist carpenters and additional crews as needed.
• Complete daily documentation and follow contract, client, building, and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Experience and working knowledge of commercial construction trades, tools, materials, and methods.
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally in writing and verbally.
• Proficiency with smartphones, tablets, or other electronic devices for communication and documentation.
• Ability to work day or night shifts, overtime, indoors or outdoors, at varying heights, and in changing weather conditions.
• Ability to perform physical work involving standing, walking, bending, kneeling, repetitive hand use, and operation of hand and power tools.
