Digital Associate (AI & Automation)

Location: Hybrid work in Washington, DC, with in-person work at the downtown headquarters on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Salary: $60,000–$65,500 annually.

What you will do

• Manage internal and client relationships for digital marketing campaigns.
• Customize digital and social media strategies around client business goals.
• Explore and implement generative AI solutions for communications, marketing, and advertising.
• Advise senior leaders on generative AI use in campaign strategy, media monitoring, and content development.
• Automate workflows for media clip reporting, audience segmentation, and ad targeting.
• Run campaign operations including community management, creative execution, social advertising, conversation analysis, and AI tool evaluation.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of communications, digital, political, or data/AI-related experience.
• Practical knowledge of generative AI and the ability to test technologies and identify marketing, communications, and advertising applications.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or monday.com.
• Professional familiarity with Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging digital platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-powered or traditional social analytics tools such as Brandwatch or Sysomos.
• Coding experience in Python, JavaScript, or other languages.
