Junior Social Media Operator (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, 5 days per week

Salary: $55,000–$60,000 annually

What you will do

• Support the Creator Relations Specialist with social media campaigns and influencer partnerships.
• Draft, schedule, and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms.
• Monitor channels, respond to comments, and support daily community engagement.
• Collect and review creator deliverables for alignment with campaign objectives.
• Track content performance metrics and help prepare internal reports.
• Provide coordination support for creator collaborations, events, and cross-team initiatives.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or a related field; internships and academic projects are considered.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and their content styles, especially TikTok and Instagram.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Creative mindset, curiosity about trends, and willingness to learn under senior guidance.
• Availability to work on-site in San Francisco five days per week.
