Junior Social Media Operator (AI)

Location: Onsite in Lisbon, Portugal, 5 days per week; relocation support is available.

Salary: $55,000–$60,000 per year.

What you will do

• Support social media campaigns in collaboration with the Creator Relations Specialist and influencer partners.
• Draft, schedule, and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms.
• Monitor channels, respond to comments, and support daily community engagement.
• Collect, organize, and review creator deliverables against campaign objectives.
• Track content performance metrics and help prepare internal reports.
• Support creator collaborations, events, and cross-team initiatives while monitoring social media trends.

Requirements

• Approximately 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or a related field; internships and academic projects are considered.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and their content styles, especially TikTok and Instagram.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Creative, curious, collaborative, and willing to learn under the guidance of senior colleagues.
• Availability to work onsite in Lisbon five days per week.
