CADD Designer/Technician

What you will do

• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and sketches for concrete and steel bridges, retaining walls, and miscellaneous structures.
• Develop details for prestressed concrete, cast-in-place concrete, steel plate girder, and box culvert structures.
• Support highway and railway projects using computer-aided design software.
• Work independently with direction from supervisors and engineers.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Associate degree, technical school degree, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Knowledge of standard CAD software such as AutoCAD or MicroStation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic understanding of engineering or architectural concepts, workflows, and deliverables.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
