Transformation - Workday Manager (Workday)

Location: United States — Chicago, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Tampa, Atlanta, Southfield, Kansas City, Charlotte, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Austin, Dallas, Houston, and Milwaukee. Travel of up to 40% is expected.

What you will do

• Support full lifecycle Workday implementations across planning, design, build, testing, training, deployment, and post-production support.
• Document business requirements, system designs, process designs, transformational goals, and support procedures.
• Configure Workday applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Create training materials and quick reference guides, and conduct end-user training.
• Work with clients to assess current-state processes and define future-state processes based on business objectives.
• Participate in pre-sales activities and meet targeted billing-hour expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of related experience in a consulting practice or similar function serving cross-industry clients.
• At least 4 full lifecycle Workday implementations and knowledge of Workday modules and applications.
• Industry-recognized professional certification.
• Experience with application integration, back-end data connectivity, and Workday application configuration and implementation.
• Strong communication, leadership, documentation, meeting facilitation, and complex project delivery skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Exposure to or training on Workday applications.
