Finance Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Location: Mexico City, Antara Tower A, 5th Floor, Local Office

What you will do

• Own the deployment pipeline for Finance AI agents and tools across Finance business pillars.
• Build the Finance AI enablement layer, including user guides, onboarding materials, training content, and documentation.
• Manage the Finance AI intake and release process, sequencing deployment requests and coordinating readiness gates.
• Maintain the Finance AI knowledge base, including architecture decision records, prompt libraries, agent catalogs, and version documentation.
• Track adoption, usage, active users, error rates, and escalations, and use the findings to improve deployments.
• Coordinate change management, governance, access controls, data classification, and audit artifacts with IT, Information Security, and Internal Audit.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or technical program management, including 1–2 years deploying or scaling AI, ML, or analytics tools for business users.
• Ability to understand Snowflake pipelines, Python code, and agent configurations.
• Experience managing deployment pipelines, release processes, or MLOps workflows for enterprise data or AI products.
• Experience driving adoption of technical tools among non-technical users and creating effective enablement content.
• Knowledge of data governance, access controls, and audit documentation for AI deployments in a SOX-regulated finance environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field, plus experience managing or mentoring at least one person.
