D365 F&O Functional Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, evolution, and support of the D365 F&O environment.
• Analyze business needs with Finance, IT, users, stakeholders, and external vendors, and translate them into effective solutions.
• Identify and implement process automation and optimization opportunities across D365 F&O.
• Monitor Microsoft updates and the product roadmap, defining adoption plans and a long-term continuous improvement roadmap.
• Design, oversee, secure, and troubleshoot integrations between D365 F&O and ERP, CRM, and other systems.
• Support maintenance, upgrades, performance, training, documentation, user adoption, and mentoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX.
• Proficiency in the Finance, Supply Chain, and Production modules.
• Experience designing, developing, integrating, and deploying D365 F&O solutions.
• Understanding of Agile and V-model software development methodologies, with strong communication, collaboration, autonomy, and quality focus.
• Bilingual French and English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of X++ or Azure.
• Microsoft D365 F&O certifications.
