Workday Technical Manager

Location: Toronto, Canada — 55 University Ave; willingness to travel is required.

Base salary: CAD 130,000–160,000 annually. Estimated total compensation, including annual incentive compensation: CAD 156,000–192,000.

What you will do

• Lead Workday and cloud-based enterprise system implementation lifecycles, including planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live, and post-production support.
• Implement new Workday integrations, including inbound and outbound EIBs.
• Manage and implement enhancements to Workday integrations.
• Own technical work streams involving complex systems integrations and data conversions.
• Collaborate with project teams, client leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve technical barriers.
• Coach and lead technical staff while providing recommendations aligned with business needs.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience as a technical lead and/or architect on cloud-based enterprise system implementations.
• 2–3 years of experience with complex systems integrations, data conversions, and end-to-end technical work-stream ownership.
• Experience managing, coaching, and leading a technical team.
• Hands-on experience using Workday Studio.
• Deep expertise in one or more technical areas of cloud-based ERP, EPM, CRM, or data management solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
