Digital Consulting Associate (Oracle EPM)

Location: Montreal, Canada; onsite role with up to 50% travel to client or internal project teams

Salary: CAD 95,000–125,000 annually, with total estimated compensation of CAD 109,250–143,750 including annual incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Deliver project workstreams for enterprise software and analytics solution selection, planning, and implementation.
• Analyze requirements, write functional specifications, conduct testing, and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage work plans, analytics, reporting, and client-facing presentations.
• Collaborate with client staff and leadership, while managing and mentoring junior hirify.global staff.
• Support Oracle EPM development and administration, including Planning, Essbase, and Cloud EPM integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, testing, troubleshooting, and working with business users.
• At least 2 years of experience with Hyperion Planning, PBCS or EPBCS, and Essbase.
• 1–2 years of independently owning project workstreams.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel, Essbase Spreadsheet Add-in, SmartView, MaxL automation scripts, and Cloud EPM Suite integration.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
