TL;DR
Digital Consulting Manager - Workday Adaptive Planning (Workday Adaptive Planning): Leading Workday Adaptive Planning implementations and technology solutions for client organizations with an accent on requirements analysis, functional specifications, testing, and business-user collaboration. Focus on managing medium to large-scale implementations, automating and integrating Adaptive, mentoring delivery teams, and solving complex FP&A challenges.
Location: Toronto, Canada — 55 University Ave
Base salary: CAD 130,000–160,000 per year. Total estimated compensation, including annual incentive compensation: CAD 156,000–192,000.

What you will do
- Lead and deliver Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects aligned with client goals.
- Analyze requirements, write functional specifications, conduct tests, and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with business users and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Manage engagement teams, mentor junior staff, delegate work, review deliverables, and coach team members.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, proposals, presentations, demos, and oral presentations.
- Travel up to 50% as required for client engagements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of proven experience directly implementing Workday Adaptive Planning or Legacy Adaptive Insights.
- 5–7 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, testing, troubleshooting, and working with business users.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with Adaptive Planning development and administration, automation, and integrations.
- Extensive knowledge of Excel and FP&A processes.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% and attend or present at oral presentations.
Nice to have
- Active Workday Certification, preferably in Financials or Adaptive.
- Experience with TM1 Cognos, Anaplan, or Oracle EPM implementations.
- Experience leading medium- to large-scale Adaptive Planning or similar implementation projects.
- Prior team management and people-management experience.
