What you will do

• Partner with merchandising and planning leadership to establish strategies, targets, KPIs, markdown plans, and forward-planning priorities.
• Build pre-season and seasonal merchandise plans by combining statistical analysis, assortment architecture, brand strategies, calendars, demand sensitivities, and merchant vision.
• Develop weekly style-level sales, markdown, and receipt plans using trend and historical performance data.
• Manage inventory receipts against approved levels while optimizing inventory turns, seasonal sales curves, receipt flow, and new product launches.
• Analyze business performance, conduct hindsight reviews, and recommend actions to maximize sales and profitability while mitigating risk.
• Prepare financial presentations and improve the communication of analytics, conclusions, and recommendations for key business meetings.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in retail planning, inventory management, financial planning, and/or production planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, operations, business, or supply chain, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Excellent technical skills in Microsoft Excel and related planning, finance, or analytical systems.
• Strong business influence, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage shifting priorities, solve problems proactively, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
