EMEA Inside Sales Associate (Financial Services)

Location: Budapest, Hungary

Salary: HUF 9,734,000–12,654,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with Sales Specialists on new business development and client relationship activities across EMEA.
• Qualify inbound leads, conduct market and client research, and identify potential business opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, pricing analyses, and client presentations.
• Support custom index opportunities from initial inquiry through delivery.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Legal, Finance, and Operations to respond to client requests and deliver a high-quality client experience.
• Maintain accurate sales records, gather client feedback, and support sales campaigns and outreach initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in sales support, client service, financial services, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in financial markets, investment products, and institutional investing.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent English and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• CFA or FRM certification.
