Location: Toronto, Canada

Compensation: $98,000–$167,000, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the execution of financial due diligence engagements for acquisitions and divestitures.
• Oversee engagement teams, deliverables, and timelines.
• Prepare detailed financial analyses using relevant software tools.
• Communicate with clients and senior management to gather information and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with tax, audit, and other functional teams.
• Support proposals, engagement letters, and the development of junior leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 6–11 years of professional experience.
• Experience leading diligence engagements and managing teams and timelines.
• Strong client communication and financial analysis capabilities.
