Lead Cyber Security Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead implementation and optimization of Zscaler DLP, Microsoft Purview DLP, CASB, Endpoint DLP, encryption, and data protection controls.
• Administer, upgrade, migrate, and configure Broadcom Layer7 API Gateway across development, testing, and production environments.
• Design and support highly available architectures involving clustering, replication, failover, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Design and manage API security controls, gateway policies, integrations, and enterprise security platform connections.
• Provide L3 production support, investigate incidents, troubleshoot networking and integration issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives, develop runbooks and technical documentation, mentor engineers, and drive automation and operational improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, data protection, encryption, API security, or Layer7 API Gateway engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Zscaler DLP, Microsoft Purview, Defender Suite, CASB, Endpoint DLP, and Broadcom Layer7 API Gateway.
• Knowledge of high availability, clustering, replication, disaster recovery, business continuity, Linux/Unix, and MySQL administration.
• Experience with network security, SSL/TLS, DNS, firewall connectivity, threat detection, incident response, and production support.
• Experience with Azure security services, SIEM platforms, automation, scripting, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC, or SANS are preferred.

• Kubernetes and containerized deployments.
• Helm charts, YAML configuration, logging and diagnostic tools, and enterprise API management platforms.
