A&H Travel Complex Adjuster (Insurance)

What you will do

• Handle and investigate complex Travel, Personal Accident, Cancer, and Income Protection claims in line with service levels, best practices, and policy conditions.
• Assess and reserve complex travel, temporary total disablement, permanent disablement, and fatal accident claims within specified authority limits.
• Promote compliant claims assessment practices across the Accident & Health portfolio and support complaints management as the A&H Claims Champion.
• Identify and review suspected fraudulent claims using approved suppliers and internal fraud guidelines.
• Support the Team Manager, act as a referral point, share learning, and monitor market practices.
• Maintain procedural guides, train less experienced colleagues, and recommend improvements to claims processes and customer fairness practices.
