Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Opportunities (Fintech)

Location: Limerick, Ireland — hybrid working

A Fortune 500 financial institution providing fund administration, investor services, and other financial services to individuals, families, and institutions.

What you will do

• Complete AML verification, risk assessments, and initial due diligence for investors before fund account opening.
• Monitor trigger events and refresh investor documentation when circumstances change.
• Perform ongoing investor monitoring through overnight screening, transaction monitoring, and periodic reviews.
• Support large-scale AML monitoring projects across EMEA and multiple jurisdictions.
• Build relationships with Transfer Agency, Client Services, and other stakeholders across EMEA.
• Research AML issues, deliver solutions, and drive operational improvements.

Requirements

• Organized approach, ability to meet deadlines, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing large projects and collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Background in AML, ongoing monitoring, risk management, compliance, process improvement, or research.
• Knowledge of fund administration or investor services is valuable.
• For senior roles, extensive knowledge of day-to-day AML, Transfer Agency operations, and fund administration is required.
• Knowledge of the EMEA AML regulatory landscape and experience delivering operational improvements are valuable.
