TL;DR
AML/KYC CoE MI Specialist (Financial Crime): Analysing AML/KYC data and producing management information, dashboards, and reports for operational oversight and risk monitoring with an accent on data quality, KPI/KRI tracking, and governance reporting. Focus on interpreting large datasets, optimising Actimize and other reporting tools, documenting data lineage, and supporting reporting and system change initiatives.

Location: Limerick, Ireland. Applicants must have the right to work in Ireland for the duration of employment; employment permit sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

  • Analyse AML/KYC system data to identify trends, gaps, anomalies, and risks.
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc management information, dashboards, presentations, and financial crime reports.
  • Maintain reporting cadences, KPIs, and KRIs aligned with AML/KYC governance and risk appetite.
  • Validate, clean, reconcile, and monitor data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
  • Communicate data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders and escalate data issues.
  • Support Actimize and other AML/KYC reporting tools, data mapping, lineage documentation, system changes, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in AML, KYC, financial crime, data, or management reporting.
  • Experience with management reporting in a regulated financial services environment.
  • Working knowledge of AML/KYC and financial crime regulations, processes, and operating models.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyse large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Right to work in Ireland is required; hirify.global does not provide employment permit sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
  • Exposure to AML/KYC systems such as Actimize.
