What you will do
- Support the Team Leader with workflow distribution, operational efficiency, and effective use of staff resources.
- Review investor documentation and information in line with Investor AML processes and procedures.
- Identify outstanding investor due diligence documentation and escalate material issues.
- Resolve complex problems and queries with colleagues in the Investor AML Department in Ireland and other locations.
- Coordinate support services for Ireland and UK Investor AML processes and provide accurate operational updates.
- Help maintain audit, risk, compliance, and regulatory standards while promoting improvements to AML procedures.
Requirements
- Knowledge of day-to-day AML processes, procedures, and the wider funds administration business.
- Previous AML experience and general knowledge of the global Investor AML regulatory environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in audit, operational control, risk, accounting, financial services, or capital markets.
- Bachelor’s degree with an accounting emphasis or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Flexibility to work shifts and extended hours when required.
