What you will do

  • Lead control testing execution, including walkthroughs and design and operating effectiveness testing.
  • Perform risk-based control reviews across business units and corporate functions.
  • Document testing activities in prescribed templates and according to the First Line of Defense Control Testing Methodology.
  • Draft reports and incorporate feedback from Test Leads and Managers.
  • Identify and escalate follow-ups and potential control deficiencies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to remediate risk areas and support operational and corporate risk initiatives.

Requirements

  • College or university degree.
  • Strong experience in risk and control testing.
  • Experience in the financial services industry, including regulatory experience.
  • Understanding of control frameworks and testing methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while working independently.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fund accounting or transfer agency.
