Location: Remote within the United States, supporting the Central Business Office in Richardson, Texas. Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; occasional travel to office sites may be required.

What you will do
- Supervise the Surgery & Urology coding team and coordinate onsite and remote coding resources.
- Manage day-to-day revenue cycle operations, including charge capture, coding, claims, payments, collections, denials, and accounts receivable.
- Monitor coding quality, productivity, turnaround times, compliance, and provider or site relations.
- Resolve escalated revenue cycle issues and prepare monthly financial analyses, including aged accounts.
- Develop and deliver training on standard operating procedures, systems, metrics, regulations, and revenue cycle processes.
- Interview candidates, recommend hires and compensation changes, assess performance, coach employees, and apply progressive discipline.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least four years of coding or revenue cycle experience, including required surgery knowledge.
- Current CPC or CCS-P certification required.
- Knowledge of professional fee billing, reimbursement, third-party payer regulations, and medical terminology.
- Experience working in a remote environment with a remote team; strong problem-solving, decision-making, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Computer proficiency with word processing and electronic spreadsheets.
Nice to have
- Two years of experience managing, delegating, and following up on others’ priorities.
- Experience with performance management.
