Senior Administrative Assistant (Legal Affairs): Providing executive administrative support to the legal department while coordinating contract review workflows, board committee logistics, financial certifications, calendars, travel, and business correspondence with an accent on legal operations, document accuracy, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on administering company-wide contract processes, organizing legal files, supporting attorneys and executives, and managing complex scheduling, travel, and reporting requirements.

Location: Fully onsite Monday–Friday at the RTP, North Carolina office

What you will do

  • Provide executive administrative support to the EVP, Deputy General Counsel, and other Legal Department personnel.
  • Administer company-wide contract review and approval workflows, including request triage, personnel training, quality control, and workflow verification.
  • Organize legal files, maintain contract templates, and support financial certification and disclosure control processes.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, board committee logistics, document distribution through Diligent Boards, and business correspondence.
  • Coordinate attorney travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, vendors, consultants, office supplies, and purchasing activities.
  • Compile information for reports and presentations and assist with project and research assignments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 4+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, contracts administrator, and/or paralegal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, time management, multitasking, and deadline management skills.
  • Professional oral and written communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to work fully onsite Monday–Friday in the RTP, North Carolina office.

Nice to have

  • Associate degree.
  • 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Notary Public license.
  • Strong project management skills.
