Location: Hybrid role based in Lachine, Quebec, Canada, with work at the Montreal center of excellence.

Salary: CAD 79,286 base salary per year.

What you will do

• Support engineering teams across procurement, quality, production operations, project management, research and development, and business support.
• Study customer and business needs, existing solutions, and industry best practices to support problem-solving decisions.
• Develop solutions for gas turbine problems using aerospace and industrial practices, expert knowledge, and proprietary tools.
• Identify opportunities to build prior knowledge during solution development.
• Help understand and quantify project and technical risks.
• Contribute to internal and external milestones supporting customer requirements.

Requirements

• Recent bachelor's or master's degree in operations management, supply chain management, or project management.
• Interest in exploring engineering opportunities while solving real-world problems.
• Inquisitive nature and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
• Motivation to contribute to multidisciplinary teams and innovative solutions.
• Interest in gas turbine technology and its development during the energy transition.
• Ability to work in the hybrid role based in Lachine, Quebec, Canada.
