Lead Agent - Custom Brokerage, Distribution & Transcon (Logistics)

Location: Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia; field operations are required at the airport terminal and Tanjung Perak.

What you will do

• Manage smooth and timely shipment processing, accurate client billing, and data entry in the operating system.
• Interpret and apply Indonesia Ocean Export/Import DLSOP requirements and customer instructions.
• Prepare customs declarations, verify information, submit entries, and resolve issues with customs authorities.
• Attend customs inspections and act as a liaison between authorities, government agencies, and customers.
• Oversee the branch TRANSCON department, develop TRANSCON accounts, and identify opportunities with existing customers.
• Monitor regulatory requirements, internal standards, customer policies, and KPI performance.

Requirements

• University degree and preferably 2–3 years of experience in a similar position or industry.
• Strong understanding of air and ocean customs brokerage processes.
• Experience with field operations at an airport terminal and Tanjung Perak is required.
• PPJK license.
• Typing skills, computer literacy, strong organization, initiative, and effective interpersonal communication.
• Fluent English.
