Senior IT Technical Analyst (Infrastructure)

Location: Remote, United States

Pay range: $92,600–$154,400 per year across U.S. locations.

What you will do

• Support medium- to high-complexity maintenance, run-the-business activities, incidents, and service requests across the assigned global infrastructure area.
• Provide technical solutions for operational support and infrastructure projects.
• Represent infrastructure capabilities as a project resource for application and infrastructure initiatives.
• Gather requirements, create recommendations, and implement solutions.
• Develop complex knowledge articles, share expertise, build relationships with IT staff, and mentor colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
• At least five years of IT or related experience.
• Subject-matter expertise in one or more infrastructure areas, such as database administration, servers, data or voice networks, storage, or application platforms.
• Experience with relevant enterprise technologies, which may include Oracle, SQL Server, Linux, Windows Server, AIX, VMware, networking, enterprise storage, backup and recovery, or middleware platforms.
• Ability to work independently, solve complex problems, communicate effectively, collaborate, organize work, and manage competing priorities.
• Must cover night, weekend, and holiday shifts when required; infrastructure operations run 24/7.

Nice to have

• Relevant industry certifications, including Oracle, Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Red Hat, IBM AIX, ITIL, or platform-specific certifications.
• IT experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and other web-based business applications.
