Senior Product Designer (15 month FTC)

Location: London, UK; hybrid with two days per week in the Tower Bridge office on Wednesdays and Thursdays

money.co.uk is an online financial comparison service within RVU, helping consumers and business owners make informed decisions across complex marketplaces.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end SME finance experiences across acquisition, growth, retention, and re-engagement.
• Design user flows, interactions, visual interfaces, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma and related tools.
• Plan, conduct, analyse, and synthesise usability testing, discovery interviews, and concept testing.
• Use AI tools such as Claude and Claude Code for research synthesis, ideation, and prototyping.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Content, and Marketing.
• Contribute to the design system and provide visual design support for marketing and above-the-line materials.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of digital products or features.
• Strong UI, visual, interaction, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Independent experience planning and facilitating research from discovery through synthesis and insight sharing.
• Confidence facilitating workshops and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Practical experience using AI tools in design workflows, including research, ideation, or prototyping.
• Experience with Figma, prototyping and research tools, and design systems.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, fintech, or other regulated and high-trust industries.
• Experience designing for SME or B2B audiences.
• Experience creating visual assets for marketing or above-the-line campaigns.
