Training and Certificate Coordinator (Renewable Energy)

Location: Gdansk, Pomorskie, Poland — hybrid remote/office

What you will do

• Coordinate offshore safety and technical training with operations managers in Germany.
• Maintain global qualification records and technician training profiles in internal systems.
• Manage certificates and provide guidance to managers on qualification compliance.
• Monitor information flows and maintain accurate paper and electronic documentation.
• Support shared inbox management and general operations for the Global Training Coordination Team.
• Handle sensitive information confidentially and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in training coordination, qualification management, or a related administrative function.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and independent working style with a technical mindset.
• Clear written and verbal English communication is required.
• Effective collaboration across cultures and international teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when needed.
