What you will do

• Identify external trends, market developments, and emerging leadership topics relevant to executive and organizational success.
• Define future-oriented executive qualification and development requirements aligned with business strategy and transformation priorities.
• Design, manage, and continuously improve executive development programs, learning journeys, and leadership interventions.
• Manage strategic qualification and development projects from concept through implementation and evaluation.
• Conduct research, benchmarking, analysis, and reporting to measure program effectiveness and business impact.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, experts, partners, and providers, and facilitate workshops and learning experiences for executive groups.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in leadership development, organizational development, and executive education.
• Experience designing and managing executive development programs and learning interventions.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to translate business priorities into development solutions.
• Strong project management, research, analysis, stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of future leadership capabilities, transformation requirements, emerging trends, and AI-related leadership topics.
• Experience working in international and matrix organizations, with a data-driven and consultative approach.
