Business Services Analyst (Insurance)

What you will do

• Support business teams with daily operational and administrative activities.
• Review and process documentation according to internal procedures and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners while monitoring requests and service-level commitments.
• Maintain operational processes, controls, governance practices, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze workflows, prepare reports and operational metrics, and identify efficiency and service-quality improvements.
• Gather business requirements, participate in testing, validate system enhancements, and contribute to process redesign projects.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Business Services, Customer Service, Insurance, Financial Services, or a related business environment.
• Experience supporting business processes and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of process management, operational controls, workflow management, reporting, and data analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate English, written and verbal, is required.
• A completed or in-progress bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Power BI knowledge.
• Spanish language skills.
