What you will do

• Analyze business systems and processes to identify optimization opportunities and design new systems or enhancements.
• Evaluate technology and software solutions for scalability, security, integration, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead major project management activities and manage resources across functions to deliver large-scale initiatives on time and within budget.
• Analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
• Gather, document, and align business requirements with technological solutions.
• Manage testing, implementation, user training, and support for new or upgraded systems.

Requirements

• Master-level knowledge of business systems processes and significant experience in complex analysis and solution development.
• University degree required; an advanced degree such as an MS or PhD may support the experience.
• Experience with regulated financial-industry systems, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
• Ability to work independently, manage complex projects, influence decisions, and communicate policies and practices across the organization.
