Business Analyst (Airtable)

Location: Remote in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, LATAM, or Uruguay

hirify.global is delivering a project for a global entertainment company focused on an enterprise-grade Airtable ecosystem.

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with business and technical stakeholders.
• Analyze and optimize business processes, workflows, and data-related operations.
• Design and maintain Airtable databases, relational structures, formulas, views, and automations.
• Support integrations between Airtable and internal or external systems using Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar tools.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and appropriate data structures.
• Manage work independently from requirements gathering through implementation and delivery.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience as a Business Analyst.
• At least 1 year of commercial experience working with Airtable.
• Hands-on experience with Airtable databases, relational structures, formulas, views, and automations.
• Strong requirements-gathering, business process analysis, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of data structures and data quality principles.
• Ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders and manage tasks independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar workflow automation tools.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
• Optional Python or JavaScript experience.
