Business Analyst (AxiomSL)

What you will do

• Translate business requirements into ControllerView configurations.
• Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of AxiomSL regulatory reporting solutions.
• Analyze and optimize data flows, transformations, reporting processes, and data quality.
• Perform data mapping, reconciliation, validation, and lineage analysis.
• Support regulatory report generation and exception-management processes.
• Model and document business processes while collaborating with business, risk, compliance, and technology stakeholders.

Requirements

• Commercial experience with AxiomSL as an Implementation Consultant, Configurator, Business Analyst, or in a related role.
• Hands-on experience with ControllerView, regulatory reporting implementations, localized customizations, rules, and workflow configuration.
• Knowledge of data models, metadata management, data mapping, transformations, data lineage, data-quality controls, and reconciliation.
• Understanding of SQL fundamentals, database design, ETL processes, and data-quality management.
• Experience with business-process modeling and documentation tools, plus strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency required; the role is remote from Brazil, Chile, or Colombia. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

Nice to have

• Intermediate Spanish proficiency.
• Experience with managed cloud environments, capital markets platforms, regulatory initiatives, or regulated banking environments.
• Knowledge of enterprise data-governance practices.
• MBA or a relevant certification such as CBAP.
