Sr. Specialist, Client Reporting

Location: Owings Mills, Maryland, United States; hybrid schedule with up to one day per week from home.

Base salary: $58,000–$87,000 annually, plus potential discretionary bonus and overtime eligibility.

What you will do

• Organize and gather reporting collateral for clients across products and business lines.
• Support the oversight, production, quality, and timely delivery of scheduled client reports and pitchbooks.
• Maintain reporting systems used to generate portfolio and performance reports.
• Identify process enhancements that improve client service, operational efficiency, and output quality.
• Monitor deadlines, quality, and compliance requirements; escalate complex issues and at-risk deliverables.
• Develop technical expertise in investment products and offerings to serve as a resource for clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with portfolio, benchmark, and performance data from enterprise investment management systems is preferred.
• Strong project management, relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred.
• Applicants must have US work authorization that does not now or in the future require employment visa sponsorship.
• FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
