Investment Reporting Analyst (Private Markets)

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 annually

What you will do

• Analyze financial statements of private equity partnerships, including portfolio company valuations and cash flows.
• Prepare client reports and presentations and update quarterly performance reporting.
• Monitor portfolio activity and analyze portfolio performance with Investment, Marketing, Operations, Fund Accounting, and Client Services teams.
• Research and resolve data integrity exceptions across internal systems and reports.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and research projects, including requests for proposals.
• Improve monitoring and reporting efficiency and develop additional reporting capabilities.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of analytical experience in investment management, fund accounting, operations, audit, consulting, or a similar field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, business economics, or a related field, with strong academic achievement.
• Strong interest in investments and capital markets, along with strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
