Sr Consultant, CS Investment Operations

Salary: $74,700–$126,900 USD annually

What you will do

• Manage client service, operational execution, governance, SLAs, and KPIs across investment operations.
• Coordinate Investment Operations Outsourcing transition activities across regions, teams, and operating models.
• Align stakeholders, monitor milestones, validate documentation, track risks and issues, and facilitate escalation and resolution.
• Lead cross-functional change initiatives and process improvements from planning through implementation.
• Act as a key contact and subject matter expert for clients, business units, auditors, and operational partners.
• Chair stakeholder meetings and support mentoring, onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years of relevant financial services experience.
• Experience in investment operations, asset management, asset servicing, or financial services operations.
• Prior client service experience in a service-oriented environment.
• Experience with business process improvement, operational enhancements, or technology initiatives.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, project management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship is required.
