Financial Analyst

Location: Remote from anywhere in the Philippines; working hours are Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Philippines Time.

Salary: PHP 80,000–110,000 per month, flexible for more experienced candidates.

What you will do

• Analyze financial data and prepare regular reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Monitor business performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support budgeting, financial planning, and strategic and operational decision-making.
• Prepare management reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Maintain and improve financial models and reporting tools.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data while handling ad hoc analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis.
• Experience supporting Australian or New Zealand accounts or firms is required.
• Proficiency in Xero and MYOB is mandatory.
• Expert-level financial modeling experience, including DCF, IRR, and sensitivity analysis.
• CPA or CFA Level I or above is highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Syft, Re-Leased, or Notion.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Oracle Analytics, or similar data analytics and visualization platforms.
