Data Management Analyst II (SAP)

What you will do

• Analyze, review, and process enterprise master data creation and change requests according to governance standards and customer requirements.
• Create and maintain customer, vendor, material, grade, and service master records in SAP S/4HANA and Fiori Governance Tools.
• Validate data loads, resolve defects, and maintain master data accuracy, quality, integrity, and effectiveness.
• Evaluate the impact of data changes across production, planning, finance, purchasing, quality, commercial, technical, and other business functions.
• Coordinate with data stewards and cross-functional business partners on operational issues and process improvements.
• Support audits, investigations, compliance reviews, and Operational Excellence initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Two to five years of related experience, including at least two years in customer service, quality assurance, manufacturing, sales, laboratory, technical, or related business environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, SAP, and other enterprise systems.
• Working knowledge of SAP master data management processes, data governance, and customer, vendor, material, grade, and service data structures.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, technical writing, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet service level agreements, and collaborate across functional areas in a fast-paced environment.
