Global Paid Social Team Lead (E-commerce)

Location: Remote within Europe. Warsaw office available for in-person collaboration and events.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end paid social strategy and growth roadmap.
• Manage a $1.5M+ monthly Meta and TikTok budget across the USA, Germany, and mixed markets.
• Lead and develop a hands-on team of four paid social specialists.
• Build creative production velocity with the Performance Creative Strategy team and Creative Studio.
• Run incrementality tests, geo-tests, and structured experiments.
• Partner with Analytics, CRO, and Engineering to turn channel ideas into measurable gains.

Requirements

• Experience scaling Meta to eight-figure spend in e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience running TikTok as a performance channel.
• Experience building systems to improve creative supply and support growth.
• Experience managing large product feeds and feed tools such as DataFeedWatch or similar.
• Experience leading people while remaining hands-on.
• Fluent English, strong ownership, curiosity, and a data-driven approach to attribution and incrementality.
