Product Manager

What you will do

• Define and maintain product strategy, vision, and roadmap based on customer needs and business goals.
• Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize product requirements using customer feedback, data, and market insights.
• Translate requirements into user stories and backlog items for delivery teams.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, delivery, sales, and marketing to align execution and outcomes.
• Make scope, timing, and priority trade-offs based on value, risk, and dependencies.
• Track product performance, support launches, manage lifecycle activities, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience with product strategy, roadmaps, feature prioritization, and requirements management.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and delivery.
• Ability to use data, customer feedback, and market signals to guide product decisions.
• Experience in Agile or iterative delivery environments.
• Clear written and verbal communication focused on product outcomes and decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience managing products from concept through launch and optimization.
• Familiarity with UX research and usability practices.
• Experience supporting go-to-market or product launch activities.
• Background in technology-enabled products or services.
• Experience with enterprise or B2B customers.
