Senior Product Manager, Marketplace Balancing

Location: Berlin, Germany; on-site workplace with a hybrid model requiring at least 12 monthly in-office days.

What you will do

• Define product strategy and roadmap for the Marketplace Balancing domain in line with user and business needs.
• Develop new balancing tools and optimise existing solutions for customers, couriers, and merchants.
• Design and run experiments with analytics partners to guide product decisions.
• Prioritise features and enhancements using customer needs, data insights, and business priorities.
• Define, track, and use key product metrics to evaluate performance and guide iteration.
• Lead cross-functional product development from concept to launch and coordinate stakeholder updates.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or in a similar role in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Experience in operations or strategy at marketplace companies, or in marketplace balancing or pricing products.
• Track record of launching and scaling products and delivering meaningful business outcomes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong understanding of product development practices and tools in iterative, cross-functional environments.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
