Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Lausanne, Switzerland or Singapore; hybrid working with up to 2 days remote per week

What you will do

• Research the market and interview customers to identify valuable product opportunities.
• Develop viable solutions for customer challenges and own a core platform area end to end.
• Define product strategy and roadmap while aligning Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, Technical Services, and Management.
• Collaborate with product designers and engineers to create user-friendly and technically feasible solutions.
• Run focused discovery, write clear product stories, and manage backlog prioritization, documentation, release notes, and training.
• Develop a pragmatic AI roadmap grounded in real user workflows and measured by adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B with a record of significant impact.
• Technical grounding through a STEM degree, engineering background, or experience building a real technology product.
• Strong commercial and value mindset focused on adoption and monetization.
• Experience with lean discovery, clear product stories, systems thinking, and critical thinking.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, action-oriented, and comfortable working asynchronously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, wealth management, advisory services, finance, or fintech.
• Practical experience shipping AI-enabled features to real users.
