Client Service Senior Representative - Custody (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Respond to client inquiries, escalations, and daily servicing requests.
• Act as a key point of contact for external clients and coordinate client communications.
• Coordinate and follow up on client meetings and deliverables.
• Work with Operations, Treasury, and Markets to resolve inquiries promptly.
• Build internal relationships that support proactive issue resolution and improved service levels.
• Maintain a strong understanding of BBH custody products and services.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of related custody experience.
• Previous experience in a client-servicing-focused environment.
• Working knowledge of corporate actions, equity, fixed income, and derivative investments.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and work accurately under deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; comprehensive knowledge of Excel, Bloomberg, and Reuters.
