Senior Financial Analyst, Revenue Growth Management - Hydration

Location: Chicago, IL — Chicago/Aon Center

New hire base salary: $89,800–$112,200 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Define and execute Hydration revenue growth management strategy across pricing, promotions, and price pack architecture.
• Conduct category, competitive, and channel analysis, including profit pool assessments and strategic price index analysis.
• Develop and execute revenue growth strategies for new product commercialization, including pricing, pack size, channel strategy, and P&L creation.
• Complete post-mortems on revenue growth initiatives and assess ROI, volume lifts, velocities, and market share impact.
• Develop annual price and promotional plans using price curve and elasticity assessments.
• Drive national list price changes and create sales materials in partnership with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in a quantitative field such as Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Accounting preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in Revenue Management, Finance, Marketing, or Consulting preferred.
• Strong financial, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Broad business acumen and the ability to manage large data sets in MS Excel.
• Experience in CPG preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with syndicated data such as IRI, Nielsen, or relevant retail-driven data.
