Sr. Financial Analyst, Convenience

Location: Santa Monica, United States. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

Salary: $86,000–$128,000 per year plus cash incentives.

What you will do

• Manage the Off-Premise Trade Budget for the convenience channel, including accounts such as 7-Eleven, Circle K, QuikTrip, and Wawa.
• Support business plans, revised estimates, month-end close, volume/rate/mix analysis, and variance explanations.
• Distribute financial information to budget owners and lead monthly budget reviews with sales teams.
• Maintain CPM accruals and improve planning accuracy for convenience accounts.
• Provide price and promotion guidance using syndicated data and retailer sources to identify market outliers.
• Measure promotional lift, brand impact, profitability, and return on investment across pricing, coupons, and distribution activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• 4+ years of relevant finance experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP BI or Hyperion.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, recommend actionable insights, and manage multiple priorities.
• Authorization to work in the United States as a citizen, permanent resident, or valid visa holder.

• Prior consumer packaged goods finance experience.
