R&D Analyst (Food Product & Packaging)

hirify.global is a food manufacturing company developing and managing consumer food products and packaging across South American and Hispanic markets.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate business continuity projects for Hispanic markets within R&D Product and Packaging.
• Manage copackers and suppliers on product, packaging, process, and technical matters from the R&D perspective.
• Lead formula and packaging development while coordinating regulatory compliance with cross-functional partners.
• Manage the PLM process, risk analysis, interdisciplinary approvals, and project control documentation.
• Execute sensory evaluations, analyze data, and prepare sensory panel reports when required.
• Approve nutrition facts, trial reports, product specifications, and R&D packaging artworks in the relevant systems.

Requirements

• Degree in Food Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in new product development, including product and packaging development.
• Basic knowledge of food and packaging regulations and quality system management.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; agility with software and systems.
• Spanish and intermediate English required.
• Leadership, adaptability, organization, prioritization, problem solving, teamwork, attention to detail, critical thinking, and clear communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP.
