Maintenance Services Representative Lead (Aerospace): Providing lead aircraft maintenance support for Panasonic Avionics in-flight entertainment systems and other aircraft equipment in Santiago with an accent on line maintenance, electronic troubleshooting, and regulatory compliance. Focus on supervising line technicians, resolving in-fleet technical issues, supporting airline customers, and training personnel on PAC IFE systems.

Location: Onsite in Santiago, Chile. The role may require up to 25% international and domestic travel to other line station locations.

What you will do

  • Lead line technicians and schedule daily maintenance activities.
  • Perform line maintenance, preventive maintenance, alterations, troubleshooting, and testing for PAC in-flight entertainment systems and other aircraft equipment.
  • Remove and replace electronic assemblies, units, and cabling installed in aircraft.
  • Track and resolve technical issues for assigned airline customers while coordinating with PAC engineering and support organizations.
  • Act as a technical liaison between airline line operations and PAC departments.
  • Train local personnel on PAC in-flight entertainment systems and complete maintenance documentation and data entry.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three to five years of related industry experience preferred, with an advanced electronics and troubleshooting background.
  • Technical qualifications and experience sufficient for applicable regulatory licensing and customer requirements, such as FAA, CASA, or EASA A, B1, and/or B2 type ratings.
  • Legal right to work in Chile through nationality, visa, or work permit is required.
  • English proficiency is required to read and follow aviation procedures, manuals, diagrams, and verbal instructions.
  • Valid driver's license, ability to pass extensive security and background checks, and ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

  • Airline maintenance operations experience.
  • 24/7 technical support experience.
