Director, Project Management (Marketing)

Location: Hybrid in Los Angeles, United States, subject to in-office attendance requirements.

Base salary: $130,000–$165,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead large-scale client portfolios and define portfolio processes, deliverables, staffing plans, agency fees, and financial tracking.
• Partner with Client Service, FinOps, Creative, Strategy, Media, Production, Analytics, Influencer, Commerce, and other departments.
• Provide strategic planning and oversight for brand creative, websites, digital experiences, social content, digital videos, events, and other marketing projects.
• Develop budgets, project plans, statements of work, and integrated team structures for complex assignments.
• Lead client discovery, scoping, onboarding, and the first 100 days of new engagements.
• Mentor Project Managers and improve team processes, training, communication, escalation, and negotiation practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience, including direct experience in an agency environment.
• Experience managing digital and social projects ranging from $10K to $2M+.
• Experience partnering across Client Service, Strategy, Creative, Production, Media, Technology, and E-commerce functions.
• Experience with project management software such as ClickUp, Asana, or Workfront.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools, Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, mentorship, and team development skills.
