What you will do

• Design brand-appropriate men's apparel across streetwear, denim, basics, accessories, and tailoring.
• Research global men's fashion trends, emerging street trends, techniques, fabrics, trims, and construction developments.
• Communicate concepts through hand sketches, presentation decks, and design presentations.
• Direct fittings from first prototypes through fit samples, ensuring men's sizing, grading, materials, aesthetics, and garment quality.
• Partner with product development, technical design, pattern-making, merchants, and cross-functional stakeholders on product execution.
• Own projects from concept through production, manage line sheets and calendar milestones, and improve workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of design experience specifically in men's apparel, preferably denim, streetwear, tailoring, or high-volume fashion.
• Strong hand-sketching skills and proven knowledge of the men's fashion market.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent writing, communication, presentation, collaboration, and leadership skills, including experience mentoring CAD designers or junior team members.
• BFA or BA in Fashion Design or a related field.
