What you will do

• Develop and refine seasonal footwear concepts, materials, hardware, and color palettes with the Senior Design Director.
• Create hand sketches, Illustrator designs, and product prototypes throughout the conceptual process.
• Prepare detailed tech packs covering style details, panels, hardware, construction, and other product components.
• Manage design timelines, seasonal milestone calendars, prototypes, presentations, and finalization.
• Partner with Merchandising, Product Development, and Technical Design to clarify designs and maintain design intent through commercialization.
• Collaborate with overseas colleagues and factories and travel internationally on a seasonal basis.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of footwear design experience, preferably in a luxury or premium fashion environment.
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong hand-sketching, Illustrator, footwear materials, hardware, leather, and construction skills.
• Ability to independently create organized tech packs and communicate specifications to factories for prototype development.
• Digital portfolio showcasing relevant footwear design work.
